Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

Pre-order items may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they have been dispatched.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will normally be dispatched together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are provided on the relevant product page. These dates are estimates and may occasionally change. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be processed. Your standard cancellation and return rights will then apply in accordance with our Refund Policy.
