Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Little Elsewhere order. If you change your mind, please contact us at littleelsewhere.uk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers may inspect and handle an item as they would in a shop, but we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without first contacting us may delay the processing of your refund.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.

Custom & Personalised Items

Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us about returning the original item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know when your refund has been processed. Eligible refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Where required by applicable consumer law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
