All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Ready-to-ship pieces are normally dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed. For made-to-order pieces, please refer to the processing time shown on the individual product page. Please note that dispatch times refer to the time it takes us to prepare and send your order and do not include delivery time.
International Delivery
International delivery is available to selected destinations. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Changes & Cancellations
We begin preparing orders as soon as they are received, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait for it to arrive and follow our returns process below. Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
Returns
We hope you love your Little Elsewhere order. ♡
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to make a return. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging and any tags still attached, where applicable. You may handle an item as you reasonably would when viewing it in a shop, but we may make a deduction from the refund if its value has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Free Gifts & Promotional Items
If your order included a free gift or complimentary promotional item, the gift must also be returned if you return the order, or if your return means that your remaining purchase no longer qualifies for the original promotion. Please return the free gift unused and in its original condition, where applicable.
Personalised & Custom-Made Items
Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot normally be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item. We’ll be happy to put things right. ♡
